Ever since an ID with Subtronics was spotted during Kayzo's 2019 Lost Lands set, fans have been anxiously awaiting the official release. The wait is finally over because "Braincase" has arrived. The two producers have been taking the world of bass music by storm as of late, so it was only a matter of time before they joined forces. The outcome is a seamless amalgamation of styles wrapped into one insane track bound to induce a smile - or better yet, a bass face - for all the headbangers out there.
"Braincase" features Kayzo's distinct metal guitar work and his punching bass style. Subtronics' unique flair can be heard in the amplified riddim, filled with stabs and wobbles. It also wouldn't be complete without the humorous one-liners we've come to know and love from the Philadelphia producer. Since both artists have been dropping this track while on tour, it has already become a fan favorite. Those hitting a bass show in the near future should expect to hear it everywhere.
Kayzo (real name Hayden Capuozzo) is coming off the successful drop of his sophomore album, Unleashed. He is one of the leading influences in the rock-EDM crossover game. This collaboration wasn't the only juicy preview to come out of Lost Lands that weekend. Also in the works is a collaboration with a fellow heavy metal lover, guitarist, and producer Sullivan King. As of this writing, we still have no timeline for the release of that ID.

Subtronics (real name Jesse Kardon) has had a similar year to Capuozzo. He recently dropped his five-track EP Wooked On Tronics. After the viral success of "GRIZTRONICS," the in-demand bass producer has been going non-stop with numerous high profile collaborations in the works. The latest to be announced will be with Zeds Dead on their forthcoming WE ARE DEADBEATS, Vol. 4 compilation album.
