Kayzo and Sullivan King Debut Remix of My Chemical Romance's Emo Anthem "Helena"
Emo fans were in for a treat during Kayzo's set at Lights All Night in Dallas, Texas on Friday, the 27th. During his performance, he dropped the remix of "Helena" by My Chemical Romance that he and Sullivan King have been teasing for some time now.
Keeping much of the original tune intact at the beginning of the remix, the product is a perfect singalong for those who said "it's not just a phase mom" growing up. What follows is a bouncy explosion of bass that immediately sent the crowd into a frenzy. It's easy to see how well the two artists work together as their styles mesh seamlessly.
Lights All Night took place December 27th and 28th at the Dallas Market Hall in Dallas, Texas. In addition to Kayzo, attendees got to see performances from Skrillex, Virtual Self, Bassnectar and more.
At the time of writing, it is not yet known when Kayzo and Sullivan King will release their "Helena" remix.
