longstoryshort has returned to his own JustUs imprint for his latest single, "LET'S GET ILL."
"LET'S GET ILL" is a blistering bass house track that perfectly captures the unfiltered energy for which longstoryshort is known. Fueled by refined percussion and an unrelenting bassline, the song is a showcase of the New York native, one of the most promising producers in the electronic music scene.
His implementation of the vocal sample in "LET'S GET ILL" is masterfully executed, making it a weapon that should sneak its way into many DJ sets during the back half of this year's festival season.
"My last EP HER was very melodic and 'LET'S GET ILL' was inspired by all my recent touring," says longstoryshort. "It's been amazing to finally start playing shows, being on tour this year with Dr. Fresch and Knock2 was motivating to get back in the lab and make more music for the clubs."
