In a rallying cry for worldwide peace, German trance icon Markus Schulz has teamed up with electronic dance recording artist and philanthropist Sir Ivan for a new track, "Turn! Turn! Turn!."

Out via Schulz's very own Coldharbour Recordings in collaboration with Black Hole Recordings, "Turn! Turn! Turn! reimagines the 1965 song of the same name by illustrious rock band The Byrds.

The song fits well into the discography of Sir Ivan, who has become known for his covers of peace- and anti-war songs from the 1960s and early 1970s. Boasting a catalog that spans two decades, he has donated all of the net proceeds from his music to his non-profit, The Peaceman Foundation, which he launched back in 2005 to help combat PTSD.

As "Turn! Turn! Turn!" kicks off, listeners are immediately engulfed in Schulz’s timeless trance production. Sir Ivan's vocals help lead the way towards a soaring drop, which explodes with the help of infectious synths and a bassline as powerful as the song's message.

"In a world overshadowed by discord and unrest, the enduring message of hope can still resonate loudly: It's not too late for peace," Schulz said. "This powerful sentiment drew me to this song, compelling me to be a part of its narrative. In a landscape where division seems to dominate, the reminder that peace is still within reach is not only timely but paramount. Through the gift of our bond with music, we have the opportunity to amplify this message."
