Since launching his label in 2014, Mat Zo’s imprint Mad Zoo has highlighted electronic music’s finest talent. With a goal in mind of honoring EDM’s legacy while also pioneering its future, it comes as no surprise that the label has earned the support of music industry top dogs and fans around the globe.
Now, after five years of waiting, fans can rejoice as Mad Zoo has released their first-ever compilation album, This is MAD ZOO.
The 12-track compilation first opens with a chill, deep bass tune from Craze titled "We Outta Here," which perfectly preps listeners for the chaos they are about to enter. Giving us all the best that bass music has to offer, the album then moves to the heavy-hitting drum and bass number from the label head himself. The album goes on to feature standout artists from the Mad Zoo roster such as ALEPH, counsel pop, and more.
“This compilation shows the full spectrum of what we like at Mad Zoo,” Mat Zo said. “from bangin’ techno to laid back beatsy-stuff and everything in between.”
