Teaming up with Portuguese producer Pete Kingsman as well as Atlanta singer/songwriter Dana Kelson, Maxence Pepin A.K.A. Midsplit makes his ChillYourMind debut with a groovy, laid-back house song titled “Turn Off The Light.”
Following up on his success with previous tracks such as “Paranoid” and “Feels Like,” Midsplit’s “Turn off The Light” features rich, evocative production spearheaded by vibey tropical house-inspired chords and a four-on-the-floor drum pattern. The track is replete with xylophonic melodies and plenty of fresh electronic flavors that are only accentuated by Kelson’s crisp vocals and Midsplit unique style of production.
