Mike Willemsen, better known as Mike Williams, recently released his first single for 2019, “I Got You” via Spinnin’ Records. The 22-year-old Dutch DJ once again delivers with a feel-good dance beat accompanied by gripping melodies.

Under his mentorship with Tiësto, Willemsen has developed his trademark bounce sound that’s garnered him other hit singles. At the end of 2018, Willemsen dropped “Wait Another Day” with Mesto, a big room club song that features Willemsen’s classic strong melody and jumpy drop. The peak-time club track scored over three million streams on Spotify.

The music video for “Wait Another Day” is actually the prequel to the official music video for “I Got You.” Viewers can satiate their emotional instability from the abrupt ending at the end of “Wait Another Day’s” video by continuing the Willemsen YouTube rabbit hole.

New major releases include tracks from KUURO, G Jones & Lady Bee and more.

Though “I Got You” is Willemsen’s first move in 2019, it’s sure to signal continued momentum from 2018. Willemsen kickstarted last year with a performance at Ultra Music Festival’s main stage, closing his set with “Lullaby.” The record single with R3hab has over 82 million streams on Spotify alone.

The Dutch DJ is set to play at a good number of concerts for the first half of 2019, starting with Germany’s ELEMENTS FESTIVAL and Tomorrowland in Belgium.
