NGHTMRE & Ghastly Drop Heavy Collaboration “End of the Night”
NGHTMRE and Ghastly have been dominating the bass music scene for some time now, each to his own strengths.
NGHTMRE never fails to amaze with his unique productions and sound design, while Ghastly’s 4-on-the-floor tracks are perfect for destroying all kinds of crowds. The last time these two names were on a track was back in 2015 when Ghastly turned Slander & NGHTMRE’s “Warning” into a bass house banger; the producers, however, had never blessed us with original material...until today.
Their first ever collaboration, out on Diplo’s Mad Decent, is titled “End of the Night” and it’s an absolute monster. The track starts with a heavy bassline and high pitched vocal chops, as things start to build up towards the drop, which is a perfect combination of both artists’ unique style. Expertly designed metallic synths alternate creating an instantly memorable progression, while in the second half of the drop the drums switch to half-time, giving the track a Trap rhythm.
