Following up on his massive Coachella Music and Arts Festival performances, NGHTMRE has just released his official remix of Oliver Tree's 2018 hit single “Hurt” with Warner/Atlantic. It was by far one of Oliver Tree’s most successful releases to date, reaching 20 million spins on Spotify alone and spending 16 weeks on Billboard’s Hot Rock Songs chart, peaking at position #12.
"I found Oliver Tree's music last year and loved it," said NGHTMRE. "As soon as I heard "Hurt" I knew I wanted to make a remix that was melodic and vibey! Finally getting to meet him at Coachella and performing the song together was a dream come true!"
During his Coachella performances, NGHTMRE brought out several special guests such as A$AP Ferg, Lil Jon, and SLANDER, as well as Oliver Tree himself, for an exclusive debut showing of his very own "Hurt” remix. NGHTMRE brings his signature flair to "Hurt" through the injection of rich, cinematic synths and groovy, melodic bass lines into Tree's raw and stripped-down vocals. The international meme-king's hit single is transformed into a catchy, hard-hitting banger made for the festival stage.

The latest in a long string of massive collaborations and remixes, NGHTMRE’s twist on “Hurt” is the natural successor to previous collaborations with major acts such as Wiz Khalifa, PnB Rock, Ghastly, Dillon Francis, and The Chainsmokers as well as Lil Jon, A$AP Ferg, and Shaquille O’Neal.
2019 has also seen NGHTMRE and SLANER’s Gud Vibrations concept take form, blossoming into a multi-event series that includes this year's sold-out boat party during Miami Music Week, a massive performance at Red Rocks Amphitheatre, their own festival in SoCal, and now also a record label with releases from WAVEDASH, Shadient, Midnight Tyrannosaurus, as well as NGHTMRE and SLANDER themselves.
