Shadient Rounds off Divide EP with Final Track, "Cyclone" - EDM.com - The Latest Electronic Dance Music News, Reviews & Artists

Shadient (real name Morgan Hicks) has completed his Divide EP with the release of his latest tune, "Cyclone" via Gud Vibrations.

"Cyclone" continues Hicks' trend of impressive sound design alongside dark, sprawling beats. Giving listeners a taste of drum and bass to kick off the tune, it quickly shifts into a dubstep drop that fans of Hicks will certainly enjoy. "Cyclone" is undoubtedly a strong finish to what was already an impressive EP.

Hicks has been primed to skyrocket since the debut of his project in 2015. In 2017, he dropped his winter=reality EP via Mat Zo's Mad Zoo imprint. More recently, he released his single "COLLIDER" on the same label and also put together an official remix for RL Grime with WAVEDASH. Hicks has also managed to garner support from some of the most influential names in dance music, most notably receiving a gift of cash from Porter Robinson so he could continue working on his album.
