Anjunabeats and Twitch Announce Partnership with Special Live Streamed Performances
The Anjunabeats catalogue will soon be experienced in a whole new way. The progressive dance label has announced a partnership with Twitch which will soon allow live streamers to incorporate over 350 Anjunabeats releases into their content on the platform. To celebrate, the label has also announced a forthcoming live streamed performance event featuring some of the label's prominent artists.
The partnership marks a groundbreaking opportunity for Anjunabeats and their artists. Twitch, which has exploded in popularity concurrent with the booming eSports industry, will now allow gamers to soundtrack their gameplay with songs from some of dance music's biggest artists.
Anjunabeats first began in 2000 as a creative outlet for label owners Above & Beyond. In the nearly twenty years since, they've become home to a vast ecosystem of international talent including ilan Bluestone, Lane 8, and Mat Zo, to name a few.
To celebrate the partnership, ilan Bluestone, Jason Ross, Luttrell, and Spencer Brown will be performing on a live stream from Twitch's San Francisco office. The event will take place on May 10th from 4 - 7 PM Pacific Time. To tune in to the event, keep a tab on Anjunabeats' Twitch page here.
