To date, Rage Against The Machine was the only one of the three speculated headliners that has been confirmed. The band took to Instagram to announce what will be their first tour in eight years. The poster confirmed the band will be present during both weekends of Coachella 2020.
All three acts, if confirmed, would be returning artists to the festival. Travis Scott last played Coachella in 2017, while Frank Ocean last graced its stage in 2012. Rage Against The Machine played the first-ever Coachella all the way back in 1999.
Coachella's lineup was understood to be nearly finalized as early as the first week of November. Goldenvoice CEO Paul Tollet confirmed this as such at November's Billboard Live Music Summit & Awards.
