After much anticipation, the results of DJ Mag's Best Of North America 2018 have finally been revealed to the public. During the competition, fans throughout the continent voted for their favorite producer, label, and even venue in a bid for the top spot. Needless to say, we found the results pretty surprising.

Best DJ - Claude VonStroke

Breakthrough DJ - REZZ

Best Producer - Justin Martin

Breakthrough Producer - Moon Boots

Best Live Act - ODESZA

Best Label - Dirtybird

Breakthrough Label - Repopulate Mars

Best Venue North East - House of Yes

Best Venue West - Exchange LA

Best Venue South - Heart, Miami

Best Venue Midwest - Sound-Bar Chicago

Best Venue North - Coda, Toronto

Best Festival - Ultra Music Festival

Best Boutique Festival - Desert Hearts

Best Album - Lane 8 'Little By Little'

Best Track - 'Take Me to Your Leader' Walker & Royce

With absolutely no disrespect towards any of the supposed winners, I feel quite surprised that Exchange LA beat some truly spectacular venues in San Fran & Las Vegas. Likewise, Dirtybird & Coda taking the top spots for Best Label & Best Venue North - respectively.
