Insomniac Announces 2019 Return of Dreamstate SoCal, Cancels San Francisco Event
In an interesting move by Insomniac, the company has revealed its popular trance festival Dreamstate will not return to San Francisco this year, focusing instead on its flagship Southern California counterpart.
The news regarding the demise of Dreamstate San Francisco was uncovered on Instagram, where representatives from the brand replied to a follower's comment on the fate of the Bay Area event. The justification behind its undoing seems to be their focus on enhancing the experience of their flagship festival, Dreamstate SoCal.
The discontinuation of the San Francisco event (which was expanded last year), might be a small price to pay to enhance the overall Dreamstate SoCal experience. While there are other Dreamstate branded events around the world, the San Bernardino event is the only full-scale festival, with four stages and two nights of revelry.
