Tickets for Illenium's two-night Red Rocks takeover in October went on sale yesterday, and sold out within minutes as expected by many. To fans' delight, the producer (real name Nicholas D. Miller) quickly tweeted out that he was trying to add a third night for those who missed out. He advised his fans not to buy tickets from scalpers, and confirmed that the third day was added a couple of hours later, officially announced on Monday.
Miller also recently announced another big accomplishment; he will be performing at Madison Square Garden September 21st. According to the flyer he will play a "NEW ALBUM LIVE SET" at MSG and on the first night of Red Rocks, most probably meaning that he'll be releasing his third album within the year.
Illenium is one of the fastest-rising stars in recent electronic music. His melodic, emotional productions are loved by fans all over the world, and have earned him performances at some of the most prominent electronic music festivals. He has earned remix duties for Flume, Halsey, Marshmello and more, and has collaborated with the likes of Seven Lions, Excision and Zeds Dead.
