Eric Prydz has been hot in the news all summer for all the right reasons. From his breathtakingly marvelous ongoing Hï Ibiza residency to soulful next level festival sets all around the world, the man is giving us life!
Also, for a man who strongly detests air travel, a 260 km/hr police escort straight to the mainstage at Tomorrowland definitely had to make the news! That’s almost like flying across the streets of Belgium to make it to Boom in time right? Well, at the end of that, he made it to his set hardly about 15mins later than scheduled and then played like the absolute legend he is. We said he was in the news for all the right reasons didn’t we?
Centered around an ornate custom, bespoke stage production, Prydz’s residency transforms the high-profile Spanish club into a world of its own every Tuesday night. The weekly-occurring installation is an environment meticulously designed to showcase the artist’s captivating brand of progressive and techno in a manner which a standard club format would be hard-pressed to do. The pictures and videos coming from every Tuesday night are only hold testament to this.
In addition to this meticulous setting at Hï Ibiza, Prydz has also been dropping a whole lot of new music with a host of guests during this residency on the White Isle. Among many, he has teased his first Cirez D production of 2017, “The Accuser.” Also, since early July, Prydz has been teasing a new Mouseville release, and finally putting the two together yesterday, he went on to reveal the release date for a much anticipated Cirez D track.

“B.B. King is a cornerstone of Gibson’s music history, and we are honored to bring his legendary music and persona to a new audience."
The track will be available on coming monday, July 31. However, that isn’t all, monday will also mark the release of an inter alter-ego remix that has been a staple in Prydz’s recent sets. The Pryda remix of Cirez D’s “On Off” will also see an official release on July 31.
We don’t seem to see any Monday Blues forecast for the coming week thanks to this piece of news!
