Last Friday, during her set at Eagles Ballroom in Milwaukee, Rezz surprised fans with a performance of her upcoming Sayer collaboration. An attentive Reddit user captured a minute-long clip of the song, much to the delight of "Space Mom" fans.
Rezz (real name Isabelle Rezazadeh) and Sayer's latest offering to the dark lords slowly carries fans into the void with a combination of distorted vocals and another trademark dark, bass-fueled rhythm.
Near the end of 2018, Rezazadeh posted a clip of the collaboration on Twitter. This most recent tease comes after the announcement of her upcoming EP earlier this month. There is no word whether or not the Sayer collaboration will be featured on the follow-up to last summer's Certain Kind of Magic.
The twenty-three-year-old Canadian producer's career skyrocketed in the past two years and she quickly became one of the biggest names in bass music. Since signing to deadmau5' label, mau5trap, she released two studio albums and a pair of EPs. It is reported that her second Red Rocks Amphitheatre show sold out in less than an hour.
