The biggest DJ in the world (literally), DJ Diesel A.K.A. NBA legend Shaquille O'Neal, revealed in a recent interview that he's been working on music with Diplo.
In a conversation with Page Six, O'Neal spoke on his Diplo collaboration and his aspirations to work with Skrillex. "I really look up to Diplo and Skrillex," he said. "I’m working on some music with Diplo at the moment and would love to get in the studio with him and Skrillex soon.”
Although O'Neal has been DJing since the '90s and even has a platinum record, in recent times, he's found a home in the bass music community. He recently released a dubstep track with NGHTMRE and Lil Jon and was the special guest at Excision's Lost Lands Festival.
O'Neal is currently preparing for his annual Shaq's Fun House show later this month during Miami Music Week. The second year of his insane party will feature surprise performances from some of the biggest names in EDM and beyond as well as over the top production and whatever else he has up his sleeves. Last year's event featured Diplo, Steve Aoki, A-Trak and more, but this year promises an even bigger lineup.
